Compass Launch Kitchen is a shared-use, fully-licensed commercial kitchen facility in Lehi, UT — the heart of Utah County's booming food scene. We designed this space specifically for operators who need serious production capacity without the overhead of owning their own facility.

Food truck operators love us for our truck parking, hook-up options, and efficient prep space. Production businesses and caterers rely on our flexible scheduling to meet seasonal demand spikes.

🛡️ Food Safety Cert

A food handler's certificate or basic ServSafe training is required for all processors. Certified individuals must be on-site during all production. (No one under 18 may use equipment.)

📋 Product Licensing

You may need inspections from Utah County Health Dept. or UDAF depending on where you sell. Contact David Gunnell (801-560-5581) or Tim Lane (801-698-9973) for guidance.

🔒 Insurance

$1M commercial general liability insurance required, with CLK listed as additional insured. No insurance? Get covered via FLIP for $425/year — contact Aaron Zhang at (385) 387-1016.

🧹 Clean-Up

Leave the kitchen clean for the next user. Sweep, mop, clean ovens, clear all equipment, take out trash, drain sinks. Security deposit used for any necessary cleaning at $30/hr.
